How the setup service works
Add it to your plan
Choose "We set it up for you" when you sign up, or add it later from your dashboard. It's charged when you add it.
We email you
Within 1 business day, our team emails to ask for your website address, any files or FAQs to add, and a staff or collaborator login to your website builder (never your main password), or your web person's contact.
We set it up, you're live
We add your website, check the answers, put the chatbot on your site and connect Facebook and Instagram with you on a short screen-share. We aim to have it live on your website within 3 business days. The 3 business days start once we have your website address and a way to add the code.
Is it for you?
Who it's for
Owners who are flat out and would rather hand it over. You can always set it up yourself instead: it takes a few minutes to add your website, and the Free plan doesn't need a card.

How long does it take?
We aim to have it live on your website within 3 business days. The 3 business days start once we have your website address and a way to add the code.
When am I charged?
The set-up fee is charged when you add it: at sign-up, or straight away if you add it later, even during a free trial. It's a one-off $449 one-off, inc. GST. Customers outside Australia pay US$299.
Is it included on any plan?
Yes. On Business, the same set-up is included at no extra cost. On Free, Starter and Growth, it's an optional extra for $449 one-off, inc. GST.
What if it takes longer?
We'll tell you what's holding it up and keep going until your chatbot is live. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply, including that the set-up is done with due care and skill.
What do you need from me?
Your website address, any files or FAQs you'd like added, and a staff or collaborator login to your website builder (never your main password). Or, if someone looks after your website, their contact details.
Does it include Facebook and Instagram?
Yes. We connect them together on a short screen-share, because connecting needs your own Facebook login.
Can I change the answers afterwards?
Yes. It's your chatbot. You can add or change anything in the Knowledge Base, test it in the Playground and click Retrain Chatbot whenever you like.
Do I need it?
Not necessarily. You can set it up yourself in three steps. The set-up service is for owners who'd rather hand it over and get on with their day.
