How much commission do I earn?
40% of each referred customer's subscription payments for their first 12 months, then 20% for the next 12. Nothing after 24 months. Commission is calculated on net revenue: after GST, fees, discounts and refunds.
What about the set-up service?
When a customer you referred buys "We set it up for you", you get a one-off US$100 bonus.
How long does a referral last?
90 days after someone clicks your link. If they click more than one partner's link, the last link clicked before they sign up gets the credit.
How and when am I paid?
Monthly, in US dollars, through Stripe: you connect a Stripe account in your partner dashboard. Commission is paid after a 30-day holding period. The minimum payout is US$50; anything less rolls over to the next month.
Who can join?
Anyone who works with small businesses: web and marketing agencies, consultants, bookkeepers, or a happy customer. We review every application. You can't earn commission on your own purchases, or your family's or your companies'.
Can I resell SmartChatAI under my own brand?
Not yet. We don't offer white-label. Your clients sign up to SmartChatAI, and you earn commission on their subscription payments.
Do I need to tell people I earn a commission?
Yes. When you recommend SmartChatAI, say that you earn a commission, for example by marking posts as paid or a partnership. The ACCC expects paid recommendations to be disclosed, and it builds trust.
