About SmartChatAI We built it for our own store first.
SmartChatAI is an Australian AI chatbot company on the Gold Coast. We run a small business too, and we built SmartChatAI because our own enquiries were falling through the cracks.

Everywhere at once
More enquiries, on more platforms than anyone can watch
Enquiries now arrive in more places: your website, Facebook, Instagram and email.
At the worst time
And they arrive at the worst time
The owner is with customers, on a job or asleep when the question arrives, and by morning the buyer may have moved on.
Where it started
We hit the same wall at Biku
Biku is our furniture and interior design business on the Gold Coast. Enquiries came in from everywhere while we were looking after customers, and some fell through the cracks.
The chatbots we tried knew nothing about the business, and a custom one cost too much.
None of them held any information from our business.
Ryan is also SmartChatAI's founder.
What we did
So we built SmartChatAI
It learns your business from your own website and answers your customers on your site, Facebook and Instagram.
What changed
Now our enquiries get answered
Our enquiries are answered in seconds, the keen ones land on our phones, and chats turn into sales every month. We want every small business to have that.
Our rules
What we stand for
The rules we hold ourselves to, on this website and in the product.
Only what's true
Every statistic on this site shows its source. Features that aren't live yet say "coming soon".
Your content, your answers
Your chatbot answers from your own website, files and notes. When it doesn't know, it says so.
Plain prices, no lock-in
A free plan, month-to-month paid plans and prices that include GST. Cancel anytime from your account.
